Have used them for several years for pest and weed control and have always been pleased. This year had them install a sprinkler system and am just as pleased with the job they did.

This is my first time using Custom Turf. I got their name from my neighbor because his yard looks absolutely perfect and he has been using their services for quite a few years. When Bill showed up to treat the yard I went out to ask him a few questions and he was very knowledgeable and had all the answers. I am glad I fired the last lawn service and hired Custom Turf.

I had my sprinkler system winterized this week. The Custom Turf representative arrived on time, provided the service professionally and efficiently. Also had them service a defective valve early this summer, they promptly scheduled the service, replaced the valve, and everything worked AOK. Great customer service!

We have had two completed treatments thus far out of our 6 that we have planned and continue to see results. Everything is completed on time and explained both in a hand out and via phone or email. Prior to selecting Custom Turf for our needs I called and emailed several times with questions and concerns and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have a new construction and our starter lawn is terrible. We are very happy with all the work they have done to help us maintain the grass we do have and prepare for the reseeding we will do in the fall.

We've had this service for a few treatments, the yard is completely weed free. We're now working on getting our grass back to where we want it. Our service tech Matt helped set us on a plan to get our yard how we want. He always does a great service, and we appreciate the communication from the techs on the progress of our plan.

Friendly and very helpful. He took time to explain what I needed. They did granular fertilizer today.
